REFUND POLICY

Full Refund* - Teams must withdraw on or before 10/24/26

50% Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 10/24/26, but on or before 11/21/26

No Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 11/21/26

*All refunds will be minus processing fees.

Entry fees may be paid online, through PlayerFirst via credit card or ACH.

Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and PlayerFirst. The PlayerFirst email will be sent within 2 hours of registration, with a payment link.

Please make sure to purchase tickets by Friday, 12/18, as this is the final day for discounted pre-sale pricing. Ticket prices will increase by $5 starting Saturday.

Tickets are required for all spectators ages 11 and older.

All spectators must present a QR code for entry, which will be scanned upon arrival. After scanning, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
