Join us in Ridgefield, WA for the President's Day Pacific Showdown! Held over the holiday weekend, this event brings together top girls volleyball teams from across the Pacific Northwest for a competitive and exciting tournament experience. With quality competition, great facilities, and divisions for ages 12U–18U, teams can expect a weekend filled with high-level play, memorable matchups, and championship-level action.

Full Refund* - Teams must withdraw on or before 12/26/26

50% Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 12/26/26, but on or before 1/16/27

No Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 1/16/27

*All refunds will be minus processing fees.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Entry fees may be paid online, through PlayerFirst via credit card or ACH.

Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and PlayerFirst. The PlayerFirst email will be sent within 2 hours of registration, with a payment link.

Venue and parking rules:

Parking: $8.00 per vehicle per day. No re-entry. Cash & cards accepted.
Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the playing facilities. Teams may warm up on empty courts inside the facility. No ball handling will be allowed in the lobby of the convention center.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the convention center.
No outside chairs allowed; seating will be provided at all courts.

SPECTATOR TICKETS

Please make sure to purchase tickets by Friday, 12/18, as this is the final day for discounted pre-sale pricing. Ticket prices will increase by $5 starting Saturday.

Tickets are required for all spectators ages 11 and older.

All spectators must present a QR code for entry, which will be scanned upon arrival. After scanning, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
